Step 1: Get the Salesforce Authenticator App

First, download the Salesforce Authenticator app on your smartphone. This app helps keep your account safe by giving you codes to log in.

• For iPhone Users: Download the app from the Apple App Store.

• For Android Users: Download the app from the Google Play Store.

Tip: Download the app before you start so everything goes smoothly!

Step 2: Go to the Marketing Cloud Login Page

Open your web browser and type in the Marketing Cloud login URL. You can bookmark this page for quick access later:

Step 3: Type Your Username

On the login page, type in your username and click Next. Make sure it’s the username your company gave you.
